We’ll Keep You Smiling!
Our team … what to say?! They are amazing! The spirit among our team is truly exceptional. Communication is a big thing here: communication with each patient and with each other, so no small details are missed. Every single person here lends a hand and supports their teammates. This allows them to serve our patients in the most incredible way. Procedures are thoroughly explained, comforting amenities are offered, and all the t’s are crossed and the i’s dotted when it comes to the details. These people know dentistry and they know patient service! — Dr. Rentschler
The team at RDC is the most loyal group of people I have ever worked with. I have never met a staff that has stayed put at one office for so long: some of them a whole decade! In addition to their loyalty to the practice, they are loyal to our patients and are always looking for ways to be a step above with the patient experience and patient care! — Dr. Hobart
It’s rewarding to build relationships with our patients and be part of their dental transformation, helping each achieve great dental health!

I love everything about the dental field, from sterilization to assisting with various procedures. Each patient we see brings something different into the office and that makes each day, and every interaction, unique. Seeing a patient grateful for what we do makes me smile!
