Ultrasonic Cleaning:
In addition to hand instruments, ultrasonic cleaning is a thorough and gentle way to clean deposits off of teeth, both above and below the gumline. This mechanical device vibrates a small metal tip that gently removes the unwanted tartar deposits on your teeth.

Digital Radiographs:
This exciting new technology allows us to take images (x-rays) of your teeth which pop up on a computer screen seconds after the image is taken. There is an approximate 80 % reduction in radiation compared to conventional x-rays with this new technology. Most patients feel that these x-rays are more comfortable and do not pinch like many conventional x-rays do. Another great feature is that the chemical waste associated with conventional film processing is eliminated!

Intraoral Camera:
The intraoral camera is a useful tool for us to use to show you up close images of your teeth. A small wand has a camera in the end of it, which makes it very easy for us to take the images of your teeth and show them on the computer screen to you.

Dental Implants:
Implants are a way to replace missing teeth. They consist of placement of a titanium post into the jawbone which acts like the root of a tooth; After healing has occurred, a crown is attached to the titanium post. Implants are a very excellent choice to replace missing teeth because they are so natural in appearance and decrease bone loss associated with the loss of a tooth.

Professional Tooth Whitening: We are pleased to offer custom whitening for our patients. In order to fabricate whitening trays, models of your teeth are taken. The trays are then fabricated in our office. Our staff reviews with you the home care instructions for whitening and in as little as ten days you can have whiter, brighter teeth ! The nice thing about take home whitening is that as long as your teeth don't change position, the trays should continue to fit your teeth, and if you want to whiten your teeth again several years later, all you need to purchase is more whitening gel.
